This year’s Quartier Community Block Party in LaSalle was a vibrant celebration of local culture, and capturing it through my lens was an absolute highlight. Organized by Quartier, Leaders, La Rue Inspire, and Sportira, the event was bursting with energy—kids laughing on the basketball court, families gathering around food stalls, and live performances lighting up the streets. My favorite shots captured those unscripted moments of connection: a high-five between generations, a burst of laughter during a dance-off, and the proud smiles of community leaders seeing their vision come to life. These photos don’t just document the day—they tell the story of a neighborhood united in joy and pride.
